Attached below are programs covering speed & agility,strength & core stability, proprioception, cardiovascular and ball skills which have been made relevant to each of our age groups.
For our warm up, we follow the Knee Program which has been developed by Netball Australia to help with the prevention of knee injuries (one of the most common netball injuries). More details on this can be found by clicking here.
The more times a week these types of exercise are performed the better, so we encourage you to do these on your own at home too.
